Need Treatment For Chest Pain With Headache

hi ive been to see a doctor about chest pains they come and go also have headaches.If i push in just below my neck on left hand side of chest i can feel pain ,pain also in left arm sometimes in leg also my neck too ?Docs say they cant see a problem but have booked me in for a chest xray your answers would be greatly appreciated

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
I can understand your situation and problem.
In my opinion we should first rule of cardiac cause for your symptoms.
Because chest pain, headache and left arm pain can be seen in high blood pressure and other cardiac causes.
So get done
1. Ecg
2. 2d echo
3. Blood pressure monitoring.
If all these are normal then no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
Get done chest x ray to rule out lung infection as chest pain is seen in lung infection also.
So discuss all these with your doctor.
