Hie I have anus growth,am a woman aged 25 and the growth started 9 yrs ago(2003) as a pimple and it was pink and black in colour, back then it hurt like someone is punchin my anus with a needle and sometimes when am bathing I see small blood stains on my paint.now it has grown a bit bigger,I need help please
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Since the swelling at anus is 9 years old and very gradually growing with your age now being 25, there is no chance that it is cancer or so. Since the lump was pink and black in color and now has grown with punching pain in anus and blood spot on pants, this may most probably be due to a hemangioma or so. This can be confirmed by an ultrasound with color doppler mode and thus be treated accordingly. Whatever it is, I feel this may need a surgical excision.
