Need Medicine For Vomiting And Diarrhea

Hi I m 58 yrs very healthy female we ve been in Cancun very nice resort on the 6 day I became very I ll was in & out of bathroom for 12 hrs trash can in one hand & bottom on toilet :-( I m home now it s been 7 days I feel sick every day like morning sickness when & if I eat I m so bloated & gassy & sick feeling again. I don t want to eat not even feeling hungry I do drink a lot of water ( bottled) . Is a intestinal virus going around ? What do you think?

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about a 58 year old female was at Cancum resort and started getting very ill and was in and out of bathroom, feeling like morning sickness, gets bloated and gassy, feeling sick, not feeling like eating even if there is hunger, not drinking much water,wants to know whether stomach virus is going on ....
If this is going on for a long time, the chances are that it might have been due to bacterial infection and then needs a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and a PPI like like Omeprazole and so on.
Add on probiotic as to control bacterial overgrowth and helps you to recover well.
This way you can get out of the preset problems.
