Need Insight On Having Fever, Sore Breasts, Back Pain And No Appetite?

Hi, 31 yr old female, currently still breast feeding 1yr old (not full time, a little in the evening and full in the morning), 1m72 and 59kg. 2 days ago vomited (over now), feever, breasts sore, headache, lower abdomen continueing being sore and back pain, no appetite. Did pregnancy test 2 days ago = negative. Any idea?

breast feeding might have caused the sore nipples and fever might be due to it. get a breast exam and see if there is any likelihood of breast abscess. WIll need antibiotics and if need be incision and drainage of abscess. Don't worry it is very common trouble in lactating mothers.
Rest symptoms are just correlation.seek a general surgeon and let them help you with it.
meanwhile keep the breast empty and use breast pump for milk draining, use warm pads over them and lubricate the nipple to prevent cracks over it.
