Near Constant Twitching In Left Calf Began 6 Weeks Ago.

Near constant twitching in left calf began 6 weeks ago. Has since spread to right calf. More recently in quads and biceps and triceps but not constant in those places. No weakness or but occasional pain from cramping. Electrolytes came back fine. Primary care doc said no concerns, try to live with it. Could electrolytes be off even if serum levels are fine. Started using Nasonex about the time it started. Small steroid dose, but could it be a factor? Any suggestions on how to stop or treat? Any concerns?
