My young son 26 years had effected from a young stroke resultantly his right side paralysis I.e right arm,right leg, right side mouth effected but left is working eye side in good position ,feaver 103 from last day.he was admitted n neourology ward mayo hospital since 28 july but last day discharged with following treatment:- tab rovista 1 daily tab ascaed plus 1 daily,risek capsule 1 daily, tab beuidox Bd x1 1x1 tegral 1x1,folic acid 5mg 1 daily
