My wife is had a relapse of depression she is taking 2mg of lorazepam & 5mg of arirpizole in the evening. Some days she will get up and have a shower and eat sometimes and likes drinking her 100% pure orange juice which she takes with her medicine. Is this a common theme with people going through depression and how long does it take for the medicine to start working. Her doctor is going to increase her arirpipozole from 5mg to 7.5mg
