My Wife Has Recently Been Diagnosed With Anemia Of Chronic.

My wife has recently been diagnosed with anemia of chronic. Has appointment with a hematologist this coming week. Her blood pressure has always been low. 110/60 and resting HR in 60s to 70 or so. Has had anemia for many years, but no Drs previous have suggested to do anything. Went to her Dr. recently b/c of fatigue and a few other things I suppose. After 2nd visit and a drop in RBC, her Dr. sent her to the upcoming Hematologist.
My question: Last couple days she said she's had a feeling of pressure on left side of her neck and like someone was sitting on her chest.
We're both under plenty of stress right now. Just trying to give you all pertinent info. She's 35, had two children, vaginally. In shape. Drinks red wine couple nights a week. Smokes occasionally with her girlfriends if they're drinking. She never gets "drunk". Does not use any drugs, of any sort. She did get a script of phenterimine to "get her through the holidays". She doesn't abuse them by any means. She only weighs maybe 135. The NP at weight clinic told her not to bother coming back. Nicely of course.
I'm worried about her.
Thanks in advance.
