My stepson just today told my wife the he had testing done by a cardiologist a few years back and the doctor told him he had a thining of the aorta wall and he should be checked in a year and that he should havery surgery before he was thirty. He lived with his father at the time so I would say this was a couple of years ago. Is this something that should be looked way before he is 30 if he does have this condition? There is no communication between his father and his mother and we were never told this info. My step son is 18
