My Son Is 40.Taking Anti-depressants For A Few Months.Has Developed

My son is 40.Taking anti-depressants for a few months.Has developed torticollis.Talks of feeling disabled by it.Feels head is being pulled back and may come off.Only relief is lying on one side.X-Ray shows nothing .Awaiting results of CT scan.Describes neck muscles as scrunched up.Not pain but extreme discomfort.Very worried.Been to physio once but has little faith this will help. What could a neurologist do to help?
Thank you!
