My Son Is 17yrs Old Very Active. Last Summer He

My son is 17yrs old very active. Last summer he was hospitalized after being in a full body crap for an hour. When he got to the hospital. His kidneys were starting to shut down. After he recouped he has had a few spells of dehydration. Three weeks ago he got 103 temperature, lasted about 24 hrs. He got better but probably a little dehydrated. One week.later he got flu like symptoms. Tested negative for the flu. But vety dehydrated dr sent him straight to hospital for an iv. He was a little better after about 3 days. But he still was very tired. Went to bed by 7:30 every night. He had a weight meet on the following Thursday. Pasted out lifting weights coaches made him quit. Went to Dr and they gave him another iv and tested for mono & flu. Both came back negative. He had been running a low grade fever so dr gave him an antibiotic. White blood cells were barely raised. The next day he said it felt like someone was stabbing him witj a knife in his chest & lower abdomen. It finally quit after about 4 hrs. He is very pale & tired and has lost about 11 lb.
