My son is 16 years old and began having pain in his lower left side (by the v line) approximately 2 hours ago. He says he feels a small lump that when he touches it, it really hurts him. He is lying down right now and has pain when he stands. i put a warm cloth on the area and gave him one Ibuprofen. He does not have a fever. He has no nausea or vomiting. Was going to make an appointment for him to see his PCP tomorrow. Didn't know if this could be a hernia.
