My son cannot eat a decent size meal until he has a small meal after waking up. Also, he can't burp. Farting is not a problem but he seems to have to eat smaller meals and can't eat a moderate sized meal i.e. piece of lasagna or stir fry or a whole steak. He is 20 and in college and gains weight probably by eating junk food but he eats all the time but never a full meal at once.
