My skin is always very dry, Very dry mouth, need to drink very frequently, I am sensitive to cold, feel fatigued most of the time. I do not feel depressed, but seem to be losing stamina. I do not drink or smoke. I take a multivitamin, and supplements: Magnestium DHEA, Lutein, Calcium. Prescriptions are few, naproxin; tylenol 3 and diazapam (as needed for neck injury during car accident 18 mos ago). I am 73, but most people think I look and act about 10 years younger and until recently I have felt about 63 as well.
