My Sister's Gall Bladder Was Removed Using Laparoscopy Technique On

My sister's gall bladder was removed using laparoscopy technique on 04/08/15. She was facing swear pain right after her op. But the doctor said it's just a normal post op situation. On 10/08/15 her conditions worsened, she was vomiting green with constant fever and swear abdominal pain. As our suspicion of we though that the surgery might have went wrong we called on to the doctor who had conducted it.And with similar examples in our family we thought there is some bile leakage because this was the only case out of 3 in our family in which Dr had not placed a drain bag, but the Dr countered it by saying that those who put drain bags are expecting more mess in their op. He dosed her with high potency antibiotics and other meds for almost 3 days.
He asked us for several tests including hydascan, ultrasound, xray, etc. Mean time he kept us saying that it has nothing to do with the surgery. With that much happening we spoke up to the doctor about his negligence but he kept on hopping from one disease to another with out admitting anything. Now today he has said that another surgery will be carried out to remove bile in the liver bed area without giving any assurance to find source of leakage rather he said to me that it is developed outside the liver. !! He has given 2-3 statements every time and I am certain he has been covering himself. I have no confidence on him anymore
I need advise for this situation. What is best for our patient?please help us.

May Allah bless you in return.
Regards,
Abubakar
