My Right Side Of My Abdomen Is Hurting. I Have

My right side of my abdomen is hurting. I have no gallbladder as of 3 years ago. Movement accerbates the pain- even breathing deeply. No vomiting or diarrhea. It has hurt for 3 days now like a stitch in my side. I am tired and a little headachey but no fever. No weight gain or loss. It was up near rib but now seems lower. Pain does not radiate to back or anywhere else. Bowels and urination seem about the same. I take 2mg estradiol and vitamin D and had hysterectomy when I had the cholecystectomy. Any ideas? Thanks!
