My Right Kidney Shows Mild-moderate Pelvicalyceal Dilatation Which Extends As

My right kidney shows mild-moderate pelvicalyceal dilatation which extends as far as the proximal 1/3rd of he ureter which persists on post- void.No calculus or cysts seen. The left kidney has normal features. The right and left kidneys measured 11.0 x 4.3cm and 10 x 3.9cm respectively. No suprarenel lesions seen.
The urinary bladder has normal outline. No calculus/mass seen.
The liver, spleen, gallbladder, pancreas, gastric outline and bowel loops have normal features.
No acites or intra abdominal mass noted.
The major vessels have normal caliber.
Generally, there is pain in right ureter area.
