My Resting Heart Rate Has Recently Been Very High: 102-114.

My resting heart rate has recently been very high: 102-114. I do deep breathing excercises and always eat right. I excercise 3 or 4 times a week. My weight is 195 lbs, and I am 6 ft 3 in tall. My stress is fairly average, and I have had anxiety issues, but even then my heart rate was between 75 and 90. My blood pressure is precisely where it should be, which I thought it wouldn't be with a rate so fast. What can I do to more quickly lower my heart rate, and what might be the issue?
