My question, I had Petit mal epilepsy when I was a child, I out grew that, but I have severe depression now, and still have problems sleeping without the aid of sleeping pills. I have tried everything, herbal teas, not reading at night, no caffeine or tobacco after 2 pm, yet I still can not sleep without sleeping pills. Is this a side effect of childhood epilepsy, or is it caused by my depression?
