My Pupils Are Unequal With My Right Eye Being Largely

My pupils are unequal with my right eye being largely dilated and unaffected by light, and my vision is blurred in both eyes. I have neuropathy in the left side of my head, which has spread centrally to my face, severe fatigue, and nerve pain throughout my body. MRI's and CT scans have shown no lesions or tumors. Are these symptoms indicative of MS or fibromyalgia and would I benefit from a lumbar puncture?
