My patient is 50 years old women, Suffering from fever , headache & loss of appetite for 2 days , after blood cell test it is detected Dengu and got addmission to Hospital in Patna               
After two days of getting addimission into the Hospital it is still suffering very weak and no appetite of r any intake.                
After respective test it is detected by the Hospital authority that the patient is having Lever infection and the respective blood     
cotent is 260 in place of range level of 40.               Pl advice the next course of action.
