My one month baby heaving watery poo mustard yellow but after sometime poo colour changes in super after soaking all water,,,,doctor said it's viral dirhrea n given Ecobion and Z&D D's 20 and said to give only for 1 week,,, still he is doing same poo and now I saw white jelly like poo little bit he did not also he cries and tighten his legs while doing urine n poo,,,, please help me
