My name is subramani ...." Large Simple exophytic cortical cyst(-14 X 11cm) is noted in the lower pole of the left kidney.No solid component or calcification or obnormal enhancement is seen proximal left ureter is displaced antero-medially by the cyst.

Extraneous compression on the pelvi-ureteric junction is seen causing hydronephrosis of left kidney.

Kindly advise whether it is possible to remove without surgery....
