My Mother Was Recently Diagnosed With Atrial Fib And They

My mother was recently diagnosed with atrial fib and they are also querying CHF. She take metoprolol, eloquis, Lasix, slo K, and synthroid. Every time she takes the eloquis, about an hour after she becomes very nauseated to the point where she sometimes dry heaves. I have tried adding Gravol 50mg about 30 minutes before giving the eloquis, but it really doesn't help. Would something like Aggranox or Plavix (any anticoagulant where she doesn't need weekly INRS done) be a better choice?
