My mother just started showing signs of mental health illness last wednesday. I took her to the hospital where a series of blood test was performed along with CT of head. Per the doctor she showed no signs of infection and the CT of the head was fine. The suggestion was to take her to her doctor and to also get a neurologist to examine her. She saw her primary doctor yesterday. Her primary doctor prescribed , risperidone 0.5mg tablet yesterday evening, one time daily at night.. She rested very well last night, however this morning she was still showing signs of agitation, anxiety and anxiousness, and believing that others was in the house when we were the only ones there. It was very hard to calm her down and let her know everything was ok. The appointment with the neurologist is this friday. Is there anything else I should be doing, should I take her back to the hospital
