My mid to upper stomach has been bothering me a lot for 2-3 days making me feel like I just want to lay down and see if that will help to easy the pain. I have notice my stomach making a lot of growling noises. I have not ate anything out of the ordinary and I have been sticking to bland foods since this started so it will not aggervate the problem more.. I just had a bowel movement and notice it was mixed with the colors of black and brown. Is this something I should be concerned about ?Your opinion would be greatly appreciably.
