My Lumbar X-rays Showed Mild Loss Of Disc Height, Anterior

My lumbar X-rays showed mild loss of disc height, anterior osteophytes, facet arthropathy, and mild levoconvex scoliosis. I have severe low back pain and must sleep in a recliner. If I sleep in bed, I can scarcely walk upright the next day. Despite my pain, none of these findings seem significant, and my doctor's only concern was the facet arthropathy and suggested possible physical therapy. Are these findings consistent with the type of pain I am experiencing? In addition, X rays of the cervical spine showed loss of normal cervical lordosis with some mild disc space narrowing in the lower section.
