My little sister was born with a heart murmur. I dont know if her recent actions are associated with the heart murmur or not but i notice a few possible medical conditions. OCD may be one because she says some odd things and cries over everyhing. For exmple, tonight she wanted a snack but it took her forever to decide, finally she picks icecrem only when my mom brought it to her she said "is this a big spoon?". My mom said, "Emily just eat the Ice cream!". Emily threw a fit, so my mom got up and got her a smaller spoon. I asked her why she had a problem with a big spoon and she looked at me and ignored me. I said "Emily im asking you a question im not trying to be mean im just wondering, is it too big for your mouth or something?". She continued ignoring me and then threw her face in the pillow and cried. My mom told her to stop crying i was only asking a question, and to eat her icecream before it melts. Emily refused to eat her icecream because it started melting. She told my mom one time before that she has bad thoughts about hurting people. Every since then she just tells my mom shes having bad thoughts again and they wont stop. My mom asks what are the thoughts of and emily tells my mom she already told her before and that they are the same ones as always. Emily may have anxiety also because she deffinetly has panic attacks about little things and then freaks out so bad and holds her heart and cries, when it really isnt a big deal at all. She is so picky about everything and cries so much im just wondering whats going on with her because i really dont find this to be normal something is off. Please help.
