My Husband Was Taking A Blood Pressure Medicine That Caused

My husband was taking a blood pressure medicine that caused him to have tinnitus in one ear.He had been on this medication for three months when he complained. We have switched the medicine and it has been about 3 weeks since we have switched. The tinnitus is getting less pronounced in his ear but I'm wondering how long will it take for the ringing to completely go away?
