My Husband Was In An Auto Accident On The 15th

My husband was in an auto accident on the 15th of this month. He blacked out and ran his car into a building totaling his car. He woke up in the ambulance not knowing what had happened or why. He was doing OK but had 2 broken ribs, they were going to release him the next day, however, we still did not know what caused the black out. That night still in the hospital his heart stopped for 12 seconds and then later stopped for 22 seconds the nurse was able to revive him by just calling his name and shaking him. He now has a new pace maker for the 1st time, however,it will be 2 weeks tomorrow and he has almost constant sever heaches no one seems to be able to explain to us, dizziness at times if he stands for more than an hour or so and he needs to urinate every half hour. His hear rate has been between 58 and 60 all day and his BP is 142/82 I checked his glucose level too and it is 108 after eating oatmeal with sugar. Any ideas what this is or what will help? Asprin do not seem to cut through the headache at all. We made an appointment to go back to his cardiologist tomorrow AM.
