My Husband Is Experiencing Severe Cramping. Went On An Antibiotic

My husband is experiencing severe cramping. Went on an antibiotic 2 weeks ago for a cough. 4 days in, no results. He also started with a low grade fever A day after the antibiotics. He was given a steroid. Starting experiencing severe cramping. As my son said the other night, is daddy dying?! He added magnesium to the mix to eliminate cramping. Saturday night his blood pressure dropped to 90/44. He was grey and super weak. Steroids are done. We discontinued the antibiotic. Cough is persistent but not as bad. Cramping is still going on. He is a contractor so out of work this entire time. FYI, he had strep A in his blood 1 1\2 years ago. Almost died. Allergic to a certain antibiotic. He has mentioned there is a twitch before cramps. He stopped taking blood pressure medicine after severe drop. Flucuatiing. Tonigh low again. Went today fr more bloodwork. He is very solid. When Strep was diagnosed his blood count numbers were over 300. Rarely complains. Thanks.
