My Husband Is 72, Still Working And In Relatively Good

My husband is 72, still working and in relatively good health. His symptoms are as follows:
He had 20 days of constant hiccups, severe muscle spasms in his left upper back and front upper chest area. He's going through tests but no real answers. He wears a nitroglycerin patch at night. He had 2 heart attacked in 2012 but new heart cath shows nothing, endoscopy showed nothing. Has not been cleared for a CT yet. Do these symptoms of muscle spasms show they're related. Your opinion please
