My Husband Has Slight Tingling In His Left Hand Tonight.

My husband has slight tingling in his left hand tonight. He has been alternating Ibuprofen and
Tylenol for pain relief for a compression fracture in his 5th vertebrae. He is also retaining some fluid in both feet the last few days. The fracture occurred 2 weeks ago. He has MS and is very unsteady walking with his walker so has been reluctant to take hydrocodone 5 mg/acetaminophen which was prescribed by the emergency doctor. Is the slight tingling in the hands a serious problem? Should he stop taking ibuprofen because of the tingling?
