My husband has severe anxiety and has trouble sleeping. He used to be on Xanax for about 16 yrs and was a heavy drinker. He has switched to kolotapin and takes 3 3 mg melatonin, 3-4 Benadryl and 2 -3 kolotapin every night to sleep. Since he's been on the kolotapin for the past 2 yrs, he has become very nasty to me and says it makes him feel numb. Is there something safer he could take that wouldn't block his feelings?
