My husband and I just finished having vaginal intercourse (with a latex condom). Intercourse usually ranges from being uncomfortable to painful for me; however, this time, at certain angles, it was extremely painful. So much, that my husband offered to stop but I just asked him to adjust his position. Almost immediately after intercourse (and even as I am typing this), I was plagued with severe, sharp pains throughout my anal area. This has never happened before and I am wondering what is going on? Could it have something to do with the fact that my husband and I spent time in a hot tub before having intercourse? Also, just for informational purposes, I have had an OB/GYN diagnose me with severe dysmenorrhea and adenomyosis. Thanks!!
