My glucose is at 151, BP 110/68, heart rate 66 and I eat only salad with chia, non sugar Greek yogurt mixed with non sugar ice cream a scoop of peanut butter and granola.
At night I use two tblpspns of NyQuil to aid sleep as capsules make me jittery. Will this affect my blood sugar at all, somewhat or greatly?
