My feet have been feeling "numb" for the past couple of days. Not tingly, just a dull numbing. More on my left foot than the right. I also think I'm having slight anxiety over it. Ive had anxiety attacks before and when that happened in the past it was always my left arm that would have a dull pain and feel stiff which is what I feel now so I think that's because im freaking out about my feet. I'm not in any pain. Then today the left side of my face feels like its swollen (its not but it just feels that way) or like alot of pressure in cheek bones and my ear. I'm probably just stressing myself out but I've never had this numbing feet feeling before.
