My Doctor Says That I Shouldn't Take Painkillers With Caffeine

My doctor says that I shouldn't take painkillers with caffeine or ibprophin in them since they could trigger my chronic migraines rather than helping them. Instead I take Sumatriptan when I do get migraines. Since I stopped taking midol and ibprophin, I haven't had the need to find a replacement for regular aches and pains. Yesterday I got my second covid-19 vaccine and all I feel today is bone deep aches and throbbing pains. What's an over the counter painkiller I can take that won't trigger a migraine on top of everything else I'm feeling?
