My Doctor Increased My Carvedilol From 3.1 Twice A Day

My doctor increased my carvedilol from 3.1 twice a day to 6.25 twice a day on Monday. I have to self cath and I am now having blood in my urine. Is this increase in medicine causing the problem. I had a heart valve replaced in June and a defib/pacemaker put in the beginning of July.
