My Daughter's Small Bruises On Her Right Knee Has Been

My daughter's small bruises on her right knee has been licked by our pet dog last June 5, 2015.We just wash it with soap and water. She had fever the following day and we gave her paracetamol (Calpol).Comes June 8 we decided to have her checked by a Pediatrician.we relayed the incident and the dr.told us not to worry because our pet dog is healthy and did not attack or bite our daughter. The dr.gave her cough syrup, antibiotics (Natrapharm) and continued the paracetamol. But one staff in our municipal health center told me that she has to be vaccinated with anti-rabies for post exposure. So I brought her to the animal bite center.I told the health care professional that she is having medications and she said there is no problem with that.so the 3 shots of Rabipur was given June 9,12 and 16.
After that they told us no need for the 4th shot since the dog is still healthy up to present.
Then we had a follow up check up with the pedia June 16 due to irregular breathing. She had her x ray, and had PPD test turns to be positive that is why she was given another set of medicine Kids Kit 3.She started taking it June 26. Now it's been 3 mos.
My daughter seems normal at daytime but had a hard time falling asleep at night and had some involuntary muscle movements.she jerks while sleeping.and her breathing pattern seems fast than normal.
We had her checked by endocrinologist due to hyperactivity but the doctor said the TSH thougj slightly high is still manageable because she's only 7 years old.
Her ECG turns to be normal, her CBC shows that the hemoglobin and hematocrit are slightly low,the platelet is high.
I also brought her to the pedia neuro and had her EEG but it is still normal.
I just want to be sure that my daughter is okay because she is jerking and sometimes feeling weak when she woke up in thae morning
