My Daughter Has Had A Second Instance Of Eating Out

My daughter has had a second instance of eating out and after leaving the restaurant and entering into cold weather her fingers immediately begin to swell. In both instances the swelling was a large lump near her knuckle. In both instances (separate restaurants) she ate food she has eaten many times in the past. Our first occurrence we went to Urgent care, it was suggested we monitor for Raynaud's. Now that we have had a second occurrence I am assuming a PCP visit is in order?
