My Daughter Has A VP Shunt And I Believe It

My daughter has a VP shunt and I believe it is malfunctioning. We are currently in the hospital now but doctors wont listen. This is our second opinion and she is just getting worse. Nothing they have suggested is working. I have read that imaging will not always show the true story but they refuse to check her shunt. Im at a loss. She is non-verbal and keeps hitting herself in the head, base of skull, both sides of her neck, digging at her ears, has had increased agitation and screaming, unsteady gate, excessive drooling and difficulty swallowing, rapid vision loss, and ringing of the ears, and migraines. Symptoms are way worse in the evening and night time.
