My daughter fell off her bike, she has scratched her face and arm pretty bad, down to the pink/white meat. I am treating with Neosporin, however I'm wordering if the is more that should be done she isnt complaning of pain. Just a concerned parent. I do see pus or a yellow film coming from the sore. Should I be cleaning it off or is that a part of healing. I have also been letting it air out not keeping it bandages.
