My brother just died from complications of a colectomy that he had years ago. He went into the hospital to have knee surgery and ended up in a coma from C-diff mega colon. He miraculously survived that....and just two weeks ago he went into the hospital complaining of not feeling well . He felt that he had a blockage in his stoma area....and the doctors on staff said that it was not serious. The next morning they put him in emergency surgery and he died shortly after. I know that I will never get an answer from the doctors on staff...but just need some help understanding what happend to him. He was not ready to die and so beloved by so many people.
