My bones are thinning and my heels hurt. I eat yogurt 5 to 6 mornings a week, cereal with milk 1 to 2 days a week & 2 glasses of milk a week. I take Caltrate Calcium w/Vitamin D twice a day & Vitamin D once a day. I walk 3 or 4 times a week 2 miles to strengthen my bones. What else can I do?
