My body is high 147/117 for the last 3 mths have been taking Amilodipine 10mg but caused me swelling in legs so now take rampril 10mg but the is not controlling my high bo. I have one kidney as I was a donar not sure what to do next have had server all blood test and the show low calcium levels and the same with vitimin D. Other systems over the last five mths have been muscle cramps and numbness of little fingers on both hands. I had an episode 4 mths ago with a suspected blood clout to the lung. Symptoms were acute back pain on the sides and abnormal labour breathing. This resulting in hospital treatment of scan to the lungs, DVT scan all results came back showing negative results. They administered three injections of blood thinners, which seem to put me back on the road of normal breathing. But since the episode my bp has been high. Am not sure how my dr will reduce my bp as having one healthy kidney and such high be is not good
