My Blood Test Shows Low Hemoglobin, Low Iron And Low

My blood test shows low hemoglobin, low iron and low ferritin. My hemotologist gave me intravenous iron two years ago for the same symptoms. I had a capsule endoscopy, a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and all were negative. I have been diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency recently. I have Dupuytrens Contracture and have had blood pressure on the low side for years. My hemotologist says, "You're bleeding from somewhere." He's scheduled another intravenous IV of iron. My question: Could my anemia be from vitamin B-12 deficiency.
