My Wife had a urethra surgery when she was about 5... around that same time she has had chronic constipation. her parents thought it was because she became too busy with activities to have a bowel movement. she will be 45 on the 5th of next month, she is miserable to tears. goes to colonics, cut out gluten, doubled up on water intake, I want to help her and don't know where to start
