My Son Is 2 Years Post Op Kidney Transplant (recipient)

My Son is 2 years post op Kidney transplant (recipient) I just noticed his eyes going back and forth when he says he is looking straight at me. I read this called Nystagmus. His renal failure was caused by Alport Syndrome. I am concerned if this "Nystagmus" could be a sign of rejection????
