My PSA reading is 5.05. It has elevated from 3 in the past 3 years. A biopsy was recommended but I am fearful of cancer spreading as someone suggested. What should my next step be? I have urgent urination impulses but don't urinate frequently. I do have erectile dysfunction, do not produce much semen and have low libidinal energy. I'm scheduled to have my bladder checked. Should I wait to have a biopsy? I'll be 80 years young in August. Your advice is appreciated. Thank you.
